  • You get access to all the program content, weekly support (and much more!) immediately and retain your access as long as you are a member.

    You are encouraged to commit to the program for a minimum of THREE MONTHS to experience the results that you're after.

    It’s important to be aware that when it comes to wellness transformation, no one journey is going to be the same. You may experience some changes or even big breakthroughs quickly while it may take longer to reach some of your other goals.

    After the initial three months, you will have an option to continue your membership with access to all current and future materials and updates.

    The flexible timeframe for this transformation container was specifically designed for you to show up, take action, make changes and get the results that you’re ready for.

  • The program is designed for busy people, with flexibility and convenience built-in. Every week you will be introduced to one teaching on a specific healthy habit and it should not take more than 30 minutes. Each on-line lesson is 10-20 minutes long and some lessons have a self-reflection exercise that is included. You can view each lesson as a video or simply listen to the audio version while you’re doing your chores, commuting or going for a walk.

    Your results will come not from the lessons themselves, but from taking action on what you are learning. This will not take any extra time as these actions are simply part of your life. Besides, these new habits are designed to give you more time and better focus (which also translates into an expanded sense of time). It’s a win-win!

  • Let’s just say - you get a LOT of support on this journey!

    Every week you will be invited to a group call on Zoom. During these weekly group calls you can receive 1-on-1 coaching, deepen your understanding of the new concepts, learn from other people’s questions and feel supported, inspired, and held accountable by me and by others in the group. Dynamic group environment is one of the most powerful elements of this program. Learning and transforming alongside like-minded people significantly accelerates our progress.

    You will have access to our private on-line forum where you can ask questions, receive support, connect with others, or share your discoveries at any time.

    You have access to a vault of additional resources that will support your progress with the healthy habits. They include things like mindset shift strategies, tools for overcoming limiting beliefs and for cultivating greater self-compassion and self-acceptance, short meditations, food guides, as well as powerful habit consistency strategies.

    In addition, each new member is paired up with a peer mentor. It’s great to be able to connect with someone who has been through more than one round of the program and can provide some insights, tips, understanding and encouragement to help accelerate your growth. Finally, you can choose to buddy up with a progress partner and work on a specific habit or goal together and hold each other accountable.

  • Do not worry. While the calls are an important part of the program you are not required to attend all of them. The goal is to get your questions answered and to help you get the support that you need, and there are many ways that we can accomplish that with technology these days. Each call is recorded and available to you within 24 hours after the call. You can watch the replay when you’re able or listen in audio format. This offers a lot of flexibility as you can catch up on the call while going on a walk, working out at the gym, doing chores, or commuting.

  • You will receive a weekly email guiding you to a specific lesson each week, so you can follow the program step-by-step. Having said that, you can choose to go directly to the learning portal and move at your own pace as you will have access to the roadmap and all of the lessons right away. Also, scheduling your 1-on-1 goal setting call is highly recommended as I will be able to guide you to the lessons that will have the most immediate impact for you, based on your needs and your goals.

  • You get access to the program  content, calls, community forum and much more immediately and retain access as long as you are a member.

    There is a minimum commitment of THREE months, designed to help you get the results that you want, after which you can cancel your membership.

    The minimum timeframe for this container was specifically designed for you to show up, take action and make the changes / get the results that you’re ready for.

  • I feel a softness, more clarity in thought. I feel like I’ve added more variety to my life (as part of balance) and as a result am living a richer life.

    I feel lighter physically and mentally. I definitely feel calmer and more at ease. I don’t feel so reactive. Not easily “rocked” by things that come up.

    Lost weight, changed relationship to food: green foods are my friend. Hunger does not scare me anymore. When I feel hunger, it’s good. It’s okay. I feel freer in my body. My energy feels more pure. I don’t self-soothe with food as much. That’s a freedom.

    What I love about this program is that it is a comprehensive holistic approach to well being…from knowledge about how/when to eat to how to balance the purushartras - all 4 aims of life.

    I am less connected to food emotionally, more interested in nourishment and ritual.

    Even while traveling I continued to meditate and encouraged others to do so, went to bed fairly early, not eating between meals, continue to walk each morning.

    Sleeping 5-6 nights, early to bed, less or no fatigue after work, no craving of sweets or carbs, following what I want to do less persuaded by others.

    I am more in my body so my life is more at ease and I am closer to my true self. I feel more energized to take on my day, i make decisions mindfully. This translates to many different areas of my life.

    Habits get me closer to myself, which makes me more comfortable in this life, which allows me to express my gifts more freely and effectively.

    Rather than being in constant conflict with my body, in taking care of my body I feel that it is now serving me in achieving larger purposes in my life.
